We understand that sometimes things happen and we have a change of heart. However, at this time Rocart does not accept returns. We do however review every incident and in extreme cases, we may make an exception.
It is always frustrating when a shipment takes too long to arrive especially with international shipments, and there are a number of reasons as to why this happens. 1. Ensure the tracking information you have received on the shipment is correct. 2. If you can’t find the tracking information or it’s taking longer than the estimated shipping time, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to locate it and have it arrive safely. 3. If your object has not been delivered within 30 days after you received the shipping information, please let us know.

No, You do not have to create an account. You can check out as a guest. By creating an account, however, you will be able to track your orders within your My Account page and store all your personal information for future orders.
Appraisals
We will send you an email with your appraisal report included. The PDF file features the Appraisal Report relating to your item. This is an easily printable A4 document. Most people can open PDF files but if not, we can send you a text file instead.
The estimate you will receive is an auction estimate. The auction estimate is the price range that our experts believe your item would fetch at auction if it were to be put up for sale today. We will provide you with a minimum and maximum estimate.
Yes. We offer various appraisal packages. The cost for one appraisal starts at USD 80. We also sell bundles for a higher number of appraisals at a discounted rate. Please email us at [email protected] for more information.

No. As the appraisal process is done exclusively online it is not possible to tell the authenticity of an artwork, which requires an in-person analysis.
